Share kit & Ambassadors

Every track and every challenge finish gets a branded share kit - image cards, a downloadable waveform video, and a one-click Ambassador badge.

Where your share kit lives

You'll find a share kit page for:

  • Every track you upload - at /songs/<id>/share (linked from a "Share" button on each of your Your Progress cards, and from the post-upload banner)
  • Every challenge you finish - at /u/<you>/c/<challenge>/share (linked from the dramatic finish modal as "Share your run")

What's in a song share kit

  • 3 branded image cards, auto-generated within ~30 seconds of upload: a square (Instagram feed), story (IG/TikTok vertical), and landscape (X / Facebook). Each has your track title, artist name, BPM, genre, the KAN logo, and a waveform.
  • On-demand waveform video - click "Generate video" and a square 1080×1080 MP4 renders in about a minute, then becomes a one-click download. Cached after the first render so subsequent clicks are instant.
  • Suggested caption with your share URL + hashtags. Copy button next to it.
  • "I shared it!" button - see below.

What's in a finish share kit

  • A hero header for the challenge with your hardcore badge if applicable
  • Mini-cards for every stage submission, each linking back to the per-song kit
  • A separate suggested caption tailored to the completion
  • A separate Ambassador "I shared it!" button for the finish (independent of any per-song shares)

The Ambassador badge

Tap "I shared it!" on any share kit page and we'll flag you as a KAN Samples Ambassador. Cosmetic only - a small medal-icon flair that appears next to your name on:

  • The user dropdown in the header
  • Your profile
  • The public song page for any track you uploaded
  • Your finisher card on every Hall of Fame
  • Every public stage submission card

It's trust-based - we don't verify your posts. The point is recognition, not enforcement. There's no XP attached and no impact on the leaderboard; the flair is its own reward.

Why we built this

KAN Samples sells sample packs. The challenges you run here are powered by those packs. When you post your finished track and tag your favourite producer-friend in the caption, that's the engine of the business. We built the share kit so the assets you'd want to post are sitting there waiting for you - no Photoshop, no audio-to-video conversion, no scrambling for a screenshot at 11pm.
