What happens to my samples if I cancel?
Every sample you've downloaded stays in your account - free to re-download from /library/downloads for as long as the account exists. You bought them; you keep them.
What if a month goes by and I don't spend my credits?
They roll over. Up to a 200-credit ceiling. So one lean month doesn't cost you anything - you just come back with a bigger budget.
Can I buy credits without subscribing?
Yes - top-ups are available any time from your billing page. But top-ups don't come with the priority feedback, the monthly streak freezes, or the monthly kansamples.com discount. Those are subscriber-only.
What genres does the library cover?
Drum & bass first, with adjacent electronic (breaks, jungle, neurofunk, liquid, minimal, halftime). If you make trap or lo-fi hip-hop, this isn't the library for you - and we'd rather tell you now than take your £12.
What format do the files come in?
24-bit WAVs, tagged with BPM, key, and type wherever we can confidently parse them. Filenames follow the KAN Samples convention so they slot straight into a producer's session without renames.
Do I still own samples I've bought from kansamples.com?
Yes. Nothing about this subscription touches your past KAN Samples orders. Those live at /library/my-orders (or a recovery link we can email you) and always will.
