    Honestly, just messing around with different layers of distortion. On this one though it was Formant Filter, then Rift, then Thermal - kept tweaking until it sounded cool. Shape the sound with EQ in between the layers of distortion. The single higher wub, similar setup but just automated the volume in a wub shape. I do make it up as i go along so no idea if this is an actual good way of doing things lol
